CMBA Woman’s Missionary Union and the Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Association Women’s Auxiliary are hosting the 2023 Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer on Monday, November 6, at 6:30 p.m. at Zion Canaan Baptist Church in Columbia.
Midlands women are invited to attend this evening event that will include praying for specific work of Baptist women serving throughout the world, celebrating ministry accomplishments, and resourcing through financial support of the ongoing work of the Baptist World Alliance.
CMBA WMU and Sisters Who Care Director Ralphetta Davis invites all women – involved in WMU or not – to join this prayer event that will be observed at the same time around the world. “It’s amazing for women to be joining in prayer together on the same day to pray for the work God is doing through these missionaries serving on every continent,” she says.
