Share the Gospel with Someone Who Needs Jesus!

This month we have another GO Day scheduled for Tuesday, May 26. On GO Days the ENTIRE association is encouraged to be intentional about sharing the good news of the gospel with the people around you. This means that pastors, church staff, and members should all be thinking about the people in their own lives – like co-workers, friends, family, classmates, and teammates – who need to hear this hope that we have in Jesus!

On the CMBA YouTube page you’ll find a series of simple training videos to help you share the gospel and your personal testimony.

Need reasons why you should participate in this blitz of gospel-sharing across the Midlands? Here are 10 great ones to consider:

1. Jesus deserves the glory of lost people in the CMBA footprint.
2. We, as believers, hold the answer to the only means of salvation for everyone…Jesus.
3. God commanded us to share the hope of the gospel.
4. You’ll be blessed by being faithful to share the gospel with someone that doesn’t know Jesus.
5. Those around you, and they are MANY, can’t know Jesus without someone sharing the message of the gospel with them. You are the best one to do this!
6. There are so many in our area that don’t know Jesus. Census data reflects that more than 400,000 people living in the CMBA footprint and close to 800,000 in the entire Columbia metro region do not know Jesus.
7. Hell is real!
8. People are miserable without Jesus.
9. Using the excuse of “being afraid” won’t cut it when we stand before God in judgment.
10. God is with us when we share with others.
