Congregations seeking to transform intentionally share what they are learning about the transformation of their congregation. They do this not to boast. They do it to see if others have a similar experience that might enhance their learning and increase their impact. They do it because in having to articulate what you did that nudged the transformation of the congregation forward, congregations learn principles and practices.
They do it because as they share with others, the others ask them questions that challenge and deepen their understandings, and even bring new insights. They do it to always and continually be learning.
