Insight 248: FaithSoaring Churches Use Intentionality and Collaboration

Congregations seeking to transform know they must do everything with intentionality and full collaboration within the congregation. They cannot afford to have busy-ness. They cannot afford to have silos of ministry practice. They cannot afford to waste precious resources. They cannot have parts of the congregation marching off in different directions.

For example, the worship, even across multiple services, must complement one another in theme, preparation, and delivery. Their communication systems must be coordinated across various platforms and vehicles for efficiency and effectiveness. The missional engagements must balance extending their ministry efforts and restoring the core of their congregation.
