Many congregations who need to transform have forgotten what it means to be a congregation in the purest sense. The programs and management of congregational life consume them. One of the best things that can happen to them is to experience congregational life in its pure and simple form.
This may or may not be possible. It may be something they can experience, observe, support, and learn from through participation in the launching of new congregational expressions. Too often we forget the benefits congregations experience when they pray for, work with, worship with, and otherwise support the launch of new congregational expressions.
