The thinking of many congregations who need to transform is too small. It is often based on a low self-image that says they do not have the capacity or will to do the things necessary to transform. At times this may be true. Often it is not. It is a subtle resistance to change.
FaithSoaring Churches need to think big. At least big regarding their current capacities. They need Big Holy Almighty Goals that seem impossible, but are just out of their reach. They may well be able to acquire these goals in response to God’s leadership.
