CMBA is taking reservations for the Block Party Trailer. In keeping with mission to fulfill the Great Commission in and around the Capital City of South Carolina, CMBA offers this resource to help churches engage the neighboring community through mission outreach events. The trailer is a functional tool to share the gospel through interactive fun and games.
The Block Party Trailer contains almost everything a church would need to stage an outdoor evangelistic experience to attract a crowd. There are games for all ages including corn hole and Kan Jam, and food appliances including a hot air popcorn maker and a shaved ice machine. Users provide their own food and serving products. No generator is provided.
Please check our calendar (https://columbiametro.org/calendar/) to see if the Block Party Trailer is available for your event. We do everything we can to accommodate requests, but sometimes an already booked reservation date/time is too close to a requested reservation to accommodate.
The fee for contributing CMBA churches is: $300 ($150 usage fee, $150 refundable deposit) and for non-contributing CMBA churches is $500 ($300 usage fee, $200 refundable deposit).
