Lexington Baptist Church Now Church Network Connection

CMBA has two types of membership. One is a primary Church Member. In this case, CMBA is their primary or only associational relationship and they have the full rights and responsibilities as a member. The other is a Church Network Connection. This membership category is for churches who are a member of another association which they consider to be their primary associational relationship. They request to connect with CMBA out of an affinity relationship and common missional focus with CMBA congregations. Church Network Connection congregations can fully benefit from the services of CMBA but cannot serve as voting members of CMBA governance groups.

Lexington Baptist Church in Lexington, SC recently requested to become a Church Network Connection. Their request was approved by the Visionary Leadership Community on October 20, 2020. We welcome them as a Church Network Connection with our association.

Other Church Network Connection congregations are Alice Drive Baptist Church in Sumter, SC and Riverside Community Church in Columbia, SC.
