The CMBA welcomes Kyndra Bremer, who began her new part-time and independent contract worker role as virtual administrative assistant for the CMBA on Sept. 15. Her responsibilities include handling essential administrative duties for the association, being the administrator of the master database plus various software, online and digital applications and assisting in data collection, including the Annual Church Profile. Kyndra brings extensive media and communications experience from previous roles at Midlands institutions including Ben Lippen School and Columbia International University.
In her spare time, Kyndra enjoys beach trips, staying active, spending time with her family and reading, with her favorite genre being historical fiction based around World War II. She and her husband John, who currently serves as the interim pastor at New Heights Church in Irmo, have four children – Andrew (13), Evan (10), Nash (6) and Millie Grace (3).
“I grew up in a ministry family and am now married to a pastor, so I guess you could say that ministry runs deep in the DNA of my family. I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in many faith-based organizations over the past two decades of my career. I’m excited to see how I can utilize the experiences and knowledge from previous ministries that I have worked with to assist me in my new role at CMBA,” she says.
Welcome, Kyndra!
