Insight 301: FaithSoaring Churches Have Appropriate Programs for Children

Congregations seeking to transform realize that if parents of children do not feel comfortable that high-quality and appropriate things are happening with their children, then they are not likely to commit to the congregation. If the parents come from a churched background, they also want to be sure that age-appropriate faith development things are happening for their children.

It is also fine for their kids to have fun at church, and to like the people who lead them. Even young children can communicate whether or not they feel safe and loved at church. Parents are looking for this.
