For congregations to transform it takes deep thinking, careful planning, thorough resources development, new capacities, and most of all a deep sense of God leadership.
Too many congregations are shallow in their thinking. They want a quick fix. They know something that worked for a friend’s church. They see successful congregations on television and the Internet and it looks simple. They believe their congregation would be fine if they just adopted one of these ideas.
