Insight 159: “A church might rethink its priorities and determine that sending teams to start new churches in strategic pockets of the city is more important than having those same people pad the attendance numbers at any one church facility. At first glance, it might seem that a church who made that choice had actually lost—meaning that there simply would not be as many people in the seats or dollars in the bank account.
