Developing Leadership

Developing Leadership focuses on a multi-cultural approach to leadership development that seeks to build a diverse community of excellent leaders committed to starting and strengthening congregations from the base of the Midlands of South Carolina. It recognizes the racial and ethnic multi-cultural nature of the associational fellowship area. This strategy is led by a Multi-Cultural Leadership Community of pastors, staff members, and lay leaders from member congregations and other congregations with whom CMBA cultivates a network relationship.
