Living into vision requires regular spiritual celebration of the fulfillment of the future story of ministry for the congregation.
Vision must be continually cast. Vision should also be celebrated in some public way at least every 120 days. These celebrations should be spiritual in nature and should involve telling the stories of people who have been impacted by the journey towards vision fulfillment. They must also be characterized by a fellowship gathering that celebrates the congregation as community.
Regular spiritual celebrations should include worship of the Triune God, and a spirit of thankfulness for what God is doing in and through the congregation. Remember that vision fulfillment is not an organizational journey of humankind. It is a spiritual journey by a living, breathing, moving, ever-changing Christ-centered and faith-based organism.
