Disaster Relief Children’s Response Team Training

Due to a special request from Spring Valley Baptist Church for training in the area of DR childcare, arrangements have been made to have a targeted DR training on Aug. 20-21 at Spring Valley. Here’s info in case you would like to let your churches know:
Disaster Relief Children’s Response Team Training
Date: Aug. 20-21, 2021
Location: Spring Valley Baptist Church, Columbia
Schedule:
- Friday, 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. – “Introduction to Disaster Relief” class with Sue Harmon
- Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – “Children’s Response Team” class with Joy Canupp

Registration fee: $25 (at the door) which includes a hat, lanyard, badge, background check & training materials. Participants who would like to purchase a Disaster Relief (DR) T-shirt at this training need to send shirt size to Allyson when they register and add $10 to the registration fee.
