2020 Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer Observed Nov. 2

CMBA Woman’s Missionary Union and Gethsemane Women’s Auxiliary observed Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer Nov. 2 through a virtual service hosted by Concord Fellowship Baptist Church in Columbia.

Rev. Ralphetta Davis, CMBA WMU director, and Louretha Pittman, president of the Gethsemane Women’s Auxiliary, greeted participants. Individual prayers were lifted for missions and believers living and serving in ministry in the continental unions of Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, North America and Southwest Pacific, and for Baptist women’s ministry leadership. CMBA Moderator Rev. Bill Wright shared a devotional and Dr. Michelle Raven led a time of prayer for the Nov. 3 elections.
